Guest Requirements
Guests must pre-register their dog before arrival. These reservations are available by phone, and our reservations department looks forward to ensuring you and your four-legged family member enjoy the best stay possible. Reservations with pets must be booked by phone at 509-996-2211 option 1.
It is mandatory to get prior approval if you are bringing a pet or service animal. Pet fees do apply. If found with a non-approved pet in a room or cabin, a minimum fee of $250 will be charged to your account. This must be disclosed before arrival to the property as only select rooms and cabins are pet friendly.

Sun Mountain Lodge has crates available for use (based on availability), food and water bowls, and maps with pet-friendly trails.

This policy ensures that our K-9 guest does not access other rooms or cabins, helping to keep other accommodations allergen-free for guests. We appreciate your assistance in making Sun Mountain Lodge a great place for all our guests.
While we welcome your four-legged family member, the State of Washington does permit us to ask what service your animal performs for you. We expect Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Pets to be well behaved, and on a leash at all times. We strive to provide an environment that gives our guests quiet relaxation, and barking, failing to clean up after your pet, or illicit use of trails is disruptive and will not be permitted.
Pets are not allowed at the main Sun Mountain Lodge facilities. Boarding is available, contact Aspen Kennels.
