Nestled near the lobby the Library has a wood-burning fireplace, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, and giant swinging doors making it a private space for up to twelve attendees.
The Methow Room boasts picturesque views and offers a captivating ambiance enhanced by its massive private deck facing the North Cascades, and inviting stone fireplace.
The Sawtooth Boardroom measures 459 square feet. This private space offers convenience, AV technology, and professional appeal for executive board meetings and more.
Experience the grandeur of the ballroom, Pasayten A and B, each accommodating up to 150 guests separately. When joined together, the entire ballroom accommodates a maximum of 300 guests.

Perched high above the valley with a small deck space, The Lookout is our off-site meeting and event space perfect for smaller, bespoke gatherings. Located just over one-half mile from the main lodge, Sun Mountain Lodge may provide transportation seasonally.
Situated just outside the Methow Room, the outdoor deck is the ideal location for your social reception or cocktail hour. With views of the Cascade Mountains and endless sky, the outdoor deck will leave your guests speechless with the spectacular surrounding natural beauty.
If your group wants some fun in the sun or needs real team-building and we’ll create the perfect activity! Times and price ranges depend. Adventures can be creatively catered to fit our trail system and weather conditions in the winter.

On Saturdays, mid-April – October, the Methow Valley Farmers Market operates downtown Twisp from 9 am – 12 pm and is not to be missed.
