Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Houseman

The Houseman at our lodge plays a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our premises. The Houseman will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the lodge and the satisfaction of our guests.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Assisting the housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all lodge areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back of house areas.

Sun Mountain Lodge is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bartender. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Job Duties:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and guest preferences.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to reinforce service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
  • Lead by example in providing attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
  • Actively engage with guests to solicit feedback and address any concerns or special requests promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, driving positive reviews and repeat business.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all food and beverage outlets, monitoring revenue and expenses to achieve financial targets.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining high quality and service standards.
  • Analyze sales trends, menu performance, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial goals.
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of a 24/7 operation.

 

Salary: $67,725k-$80K
