The ideal family getaway in north central Washington. Located on the scenic shore of Patterson Lake eight miles southwest of Winthrop, sixteen one, two and three bedroom luxury cabins await your enjoyment.

Drift along the pine covered shores in a canoe with your favorite someone. Paddle a kayak, pedal a paddleboat, row a rowboat or sail a Sunfish on the beautiful sun-splashed lake. Then lounge on the veranda overlooking the water as your children frolic on the beach. It doesn't get any better than this!

The Patterson Lake Cabins are fully equipped with all the conveniences of home: air conditioning, full kitchens with microwave & dishwasher, gas fireplaces, and large front porches overlooking the lake. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The Patterson Lake Cabins are located one and a half miles below Sun Mountain Lodge in a cottonwood grove on the lakefront. Cooking utensils are provided and housekeeping is offered daily. All cabins are telephone and television free, and do not have wireless Internet service.

Ten one-bedroom cabins have a full kitchen, gas fireplace, separate bedroom with queen bed, living area with queen wall bed and full bath. See the layout here

A beautiful park with children's play area and barbecue facilities are available for your enjoyment. Lakefront
activities include rental rowboats, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats and sailboats, fishing, swimming, volleyball,
horseshoes, badminton, hiking and mountain biking. In the winter months, we also offer one of the largest cross country ski trail systems in the U.S. The trails start right at your door.

Guests of the cabins are welcome to enjoy all of the resort amenities of Sun Mountain Lodge, including the restaurant, lounge, library, gift shop, exercise room, activities center, swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and spa.

Cabin rates are based on single or double occupancy. Suite rates are based on 1-4 people. Additional persons over 12 years are $30.00 each. Washington State Sales Tax, currently 9.7%, is additional. Two night minimum stay on weekends, three nights on holidays. Full pre-payment is required on holiday weekends.

Cabin Information and Policies
Children 12 and under stay free in parents' room. Sorry, no pets. Rooms are subject to 9.7% Washington State sales tax. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Checkout: 12 Noon. All cabins are telephone and television free. Cabin rates based on single or double occupancy. Suite rates are based on 1 to 4 people. Additional persons 13 or over in room: $30 each.
A deposit on reservations equal to one night's room rate, plus tax, per room reserved is required. Holiday weekend stays require pre-payment in full. Notice of cancellation must be given 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit/pre-payment is forfeited. Early departures require full payment unless we are able to rent the room to others. Two night minimum stay on weekends, 3 nights on holidays. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diner's Club accepted. Until reservation is confirmed, all prices are subject to change.

Please Note: In order to preserve the alpine lake ambiance of Patterson Lake, there is an 8 m.p.h. speed limit in effect. Power boats and jetskis are welcome on nearby Pearrygin and Alta Lakes.
