Patterson View Motor Home Sites

Available Mid-June | Premium Class A motor home/RV sites are perched on a hilltop along the drive up to the Main Lodge with panoramic vistas of the Methow Valley and Patterson Lake. Access is via a gravel driveway 50 yards from our main paved driveway to prepared gravel pull-in sites with picnic tables. Service hookups include power @50/30/20 amp, potable water and sewer. You will have access to all resort amenities including private lake access, hiking trails, gourmet dining, renovated spa, pools, hot tubs, pickleball, horseback riding, and recreation adventures. Room Info & Policies

Rooms are subject to Washington State sales tax, currently 10.4%. Children 12 and under stay free in their parents’ room. Guest rooms are smoke-free and television-free. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 AM. All rates are based on single or double occupancy—additional persons 13 or over in the room: $30 each. Cribs and roll-aways are available (space permitting). Sun Mountain Lodge charges a $23 per room per night resort fee. A portion of this fee goes to help support the Shafer Museum in Winthrop.

Sorry, no pets at the main Sun Mountain Lodge facilities. The Methow Valley does offer a boarding kennel: Aspen Kennels.

Early Arrivals & Departures

Check-out: 11:00 am

While we attempt to accommodate early check-ins, this is not guaranteed. Early arrivals are welcome to use our facility prior to check-in while the room is being prepared for arrival. Early departures require full payment unless we are able to rent the room to others.

Guaranteed Reservations & Policies update

A deposit on reservations equal to one night’s room rate, plus tax per room reserved, is required.

Cancellation Policies

Notice of cancellation must be given 21 days prior to arrival date, or deposit/prepayment is forfeited.

Credit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club accepted. Until the reservation is confirmed, all prices are subject to change.
