Dishwasher

Sun Mountain Lodge is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities:

Housekeeper

Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at Sun Mountain Lodge, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and dusting.
  • Maintain clean floors, common areas, and public spaces.

  • Collect and launder linens neatly.

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their overall resort experience is exceptional. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the ranch, including feeding, watering, and caring for the horses.

Head Wrangler

Job Title: Head Wrangler

Job Overview: The Head Wrangler plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by leading trail rides, instructing beginner riding lessons, and overseeing all horse-related activities in a safe, professional, and engaging manner. As a key member of the lodge’s hospitality team, the Head Wrangler will interact regularly with guests and lead a team of wranglers to deliver unique, memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of wranglers to ensure smooth operation of daily horse-related activities.
  • Guide trail rides and instruct beginner lessons, ensuring safety, engagement, and quality instruction for guests.
  • Oversee the condition and cleanliness of the barn areas, including the tack room, office, restrooms, corrals, and arena.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including trail clearing, haying, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Operate equipment such as chainsaws and small tractors to support ranch and trail maintenance.

Reservation Agent

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking to make reservations, whether for travel, accommodation, or other services. Controller

Position Overview:

As the Controller at Sun Mountain Lodge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the lodge’s financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, implementing sound financial practices, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Presents reports to lodge management and ownership.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage lodge budgets, ensuring financial goals and objectives are met. Provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
  3. Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  4. Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital to meet lodge’s financial obligations.
  5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal lodge policies. Coordinate financial audits and liaise with auditors.

Qualifications:

Bartender

Job Duties:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and guest preferences.

Massage Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our quick-service fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in food service management.

Duties
– Manage all aspects of food service operations including food preparation, kitchen management, and cash handling
– Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure exceptional customer service
– Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality standards
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience
