Once you have clicked ‘submit’, Activities will review your request and get back to you with confirmation of availability. If you are not staying at the Lodge, we will also need you to supply us with your credit card information on the confirmation page.
All Guests please note: We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for horseback ride reservations requests.
Once we have confirmed your reservation via email, you may cancel up until 5:00 PM the evening prior. If you choose not to participate in the activity but have not cancelled by the deadline, your credit card will be charged full price for the activity you have booked.
You will need to check in at the Activities Shop at the main Lodge prior to your ride.
